Troop 57 Campout Consumables Inventory Sheet. This inventory sheet is used by the Troop Quartermaster each month before campouts to determine the readiness of the various consumables stored in our trailer. Troop 57 Patrol Box Inventory Sheet. A laminated copy of this inventory sheet is to be affixed to the inside, upper lid of each patrol box. Assistant Patrol Quartermasters are tasked with inventorying and inspecting their patrol box on a monthly basis, either after or before a scheduled campout to determine supply readiness.
Any problems or concerns are reported to the Troop Quartermaster Scout and Adult for correction and further direction. Troop 57 Quartermasters Tent Inventory Sheet. This inventory record allows our Troop Quartermaster to accurately track our tents from camp-out issue through to assigned inspecting, cleaning and return.
A laminated copy is placed onto the Quartermaster's clipboard, with names recorded using a china marker. Names are erased upon tent return and acceptance by the Troop Quartermaster or his designated representative. This cover page provides a simple introduction for our Scouts to better understand the four differing levels of tent cleaning procedures for maintaining our Troop tents. Troop 57 Tent Cleaning Level 1. These Tent cleaning procedures are to be followed after a normal weekend camp out.
Troop 57 Tent Cleaning Level 2. These Tent cleaning procedures are to be followed after a campout lasting a week or more. This cleaning level should also be used when tent is excessively dirty or muddy. Troop 57 Tent Cleaning Level 3. These Tent cleaning procedures are to be performed on an annual basis. Troop 57 Tent Cleaning Level 4. These Tent cleaning procedures are to be performed when the tent fabrics are foul smelling or when mildew is either suspected or present.
Troop 57 Tent Inspection Check-List. This document provides a descriptive yet simple check-list for our Scouts to inspect and identify any problems with our Tents and their components for Quartermaster attention and ultimate correction, repair or replacement as needed.
The findings of these inspections are submitted using the Troop 57 Tent Report.
